    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Traze AI Technologies (OPC) Private Limited website, the TRAZE AI platform, and all associated blueprints, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Enterprise Licensing and Access

    Traze AI Technologies (OPC) Private Limited provides a blueprint-powered Fashion Operating System. Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable subscription fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business operations.

    • Dedicated Deployment: Your TRAZE AI deployment is configured specifically for your workflows, approvals, and supply chain.
    • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    2. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the TRAZE AI platform. You shall not:

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models underlying the Services.
    • Use the Services to process or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data, networks, or systems.
    • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam) via the integrated WhatsApp or email engines.

    3. Data Ownership and AI Training

    Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the business data, supply chain information, and communication logs you input into the Services.

    AI Workforce: Traze AI Technologies (OPC) Private Limited uses your data to train and operate your dedicated AI workforce (e.g., MerchandAIser™). We do not claim ownership of your data, and we do not use your proprietary business data to train shared models for other customers.

    4. Service Availability and Support

    While we strive for enterprise-grade reliability and 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated in advance. Support is provided according to your specific blueprint tier.

    5. Third-Party Integrations

    TRAZE AI integrates with third-party services, including WhatsApp, email providers, and logistics systems. Your use of these third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. Traze AI Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party platforms.

    6. Fees and Payment

    Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected blueprint. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable prior notice.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traze AI Technologies (OPC) Private Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
